Product Delivery: The Product Key is delivered via email only. After your purchase is approved, we will process your order, typically within one (1) hour, but it may take up to twenty-four (24) hours. Upon completion, a confirmation email containing the Product Key will be sent to the email address provided during checkout.
Important Notice: Since the Product Key is a “DIGITAL PRODUCT,” once it is delivered via email, it cannot be returned as it is not a physical item that can be resold. Therefore, we have a strict “No Refund” policy. However, we do offer a refund policy for specific cases outlined below.
Please ensure you keep the Product Key in a secure place. Once the license key is delivered, cancellations or refunds are not permitted. Each product comes with a one-year warranty, but no replacement or refund will be issued after that period.
No Refund Cases:
- The buyer places the wrong order without reading the product description, and the Product Key has already been delivered.
- The buyer fails to download the software due to poor internet connectivity.
- The buyer is unable to install the software due to a lack of technical knowledge.
- If the Product Key fails to activate, buyers must provide a full-screen screenshot showing the error, current date and time, and email it to support@digikeymart.com within 15 days of purchase. After 15 days, no new Product Key will be issued.
- For third-party Office 365 accounts, no refund will be issued if the password is forgotten after the first password change.
- If you have used a cracked tool for Microsoft Office activation, you must clean it using Microsoft’s support tool. Failure to do so may result in key blockage, for which no warranty or refund is provided.
Product Activation:
- Office 2019 Pro Plus: Activation is a one-time process via phone. Keys can be reactivated up to two times on the same device, but no further support or replacement keys will be provided after that.
- After 3 months, no warranty or refund will be issued for pre-activated software or tools.
Refund Conditions:
- A refund will be issued if Techubiz.com fails to deliver the Product Key via email.
- For third-party Office 365 accounts, refunds will be provided if the domain is not working or the subscription is disabled.
- Refunds are also available for subscription accounts (e.g., Lynda, 365, VPN, JetBrains, GitHub) that stop working within 1 year.
Refund Timeline: Refund processing may take 1-3 business days. After the refund is initiated, it may take 2-14 business days, depending on the buyer’s bank or service provider, to transfer the refund to the original payment source (Credit/Debit Card, Bank Account, or Wallet).
